Visiting Konstanz, Germany
Visiting Konstanz, Germany was high on our priority list, and a few days ago we headed there on a day trip.
Konstanz is a beautiful town located along the shores of Lake Constance (or Bodensee in German), and almost directly on the German-Swiss border. The Old Town is one of the main attractions in Konstanz, with its famous cathedral (originally dating from the 7th century), traditional houses, and plenty of shopping. Konstanz is a fascinating city, and reminded me a lot of Geneva, Switzerland.
Konstanz is a university city located in the south-west corner of Germany.
